About The Role We're seeking a dynamic HR Director to lead a team of five and drive a full-spectrum HR agenda. This is a high-impact, EXCOM-level position reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager and functionally to the Group HR Director. The role covers: End-to-end HR generalist responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development Revamping and upskilling the HR team to align with best practices Streamlining workflows and modernizing HR policies Designing and implementing a robust training curriculum Collaborating closely with other EXCOM members to foster a high-performance culture This is a rare opportunity to shape the people strategy of a flagship property while contributing to regional HR excellence.
